The Partnership
To celebrate the Asian American Hotel Owners Association's (AAHOA) 25th anniversary, McNeill Group partnered with the association to create a commemorative hardcover coffee-table book documenting one of the hospitality industry's most inspiring success stories.
More than a publication, the book captures the history of AAHOA's founders and members, chronicling their migration from Gujarat, India, their perseverance through discrimination, and their rise to become one of the most influential organizations in the global lodging industry. Over the course of the project, our editorial team coordinated dozens of interviews with founders, past chairmen, and current leaders, carefully weaving together personal stories, historical milestones, and archival photography into a compelling narrative.
McNeill Group managed every aspect of the project, including editorial planning, interview coordination, writing, design, photo research, production, and print management. The finished 100+ page hardcover publication debuted at AAHOA's annual convention, where it became a centerpiece of the organization's 25th anniversary celebration and a lasting tribute to the vision, determination, and accomplishments of its members.
Today, the book stands as both a historical archive and a keepsake, preserving the legacy of AAHOA while inspiring future generations of hospitality leaders.
