Condo Media magazine was a locally published magazine with limited content and focus that was printed in black and white on newspaper stock. Prior to hiring McNeill Media Group, the design was rudimentary and its lack of color pages did not lend itself to the level of publication the chapter desired to publish. McNeill was selected for its professional staff and editorial and design capabilities. Condo Media was redesigned to include more advanced graphics, photos, a higher quality of editorial content and an electronic version that has increased the client’s reach. Condo Media now provides the most updated information for New England common interest community homeowners, board members and the professionals who work with them. In addition to being recognized as one of the top CAI chapter publications in the country among 60 other chapters, the magazine is sought by members in print and electronic form.
